WEWO Techmotion has installed an AGV system that provides pallet transport between the order picking area and the outbound. Navigation through natural navigation and a lift system tailored to the transport of pallets with stacks of crates up to 1,000 kilograms.

AGV for fully automated pallet handling
For this customer, the AGV Palletmover transports pallets with crates from the picking zone to the outbound. The automated process receives the orders through a link to the customer’s MES system. The AGV system sends the pick orders to the correct outbound position where the pallets are positioned autonomously in rows at the docks. This means the AGV system independently manages the availability of the rows. The unique thing about this is that AGV and an employee can supply docks independently without position management per position: flexible automation!
