The main requirement? Due to the height of the products to be assembled, it had to be possible to lower the worktop by as much as 320mm. Other important requirements included ergonomics and effectiveness. Based on all these requirements, WEWO Techmotion developed a large AGV Assembly Line Lifting with lifting table with a lifting/carrying capacity of up to a thousand kilos.
The worktop is equipped with especially adjustable pallet supports. As a result, Atlas Copco now has the fully automated assembly line to assemble their products. Thanks to the versatility of AGV's, the effectiveness of the production line has been increased and the process further optimised.
